Way to speed up the cases pending for judgement

Regarding JUDICIARY system where in lakhs of cases are pending for judgement, There's a need to revive the british JURY System to make speedy advancements in department of clearing pendency,

following method can be implemented to take the burden of judging cases off the shoulders of one man. (Utilising New Age Media over Jury)

The system is as follows:

1. Make a website for Judiciary of India.com
2. Let every judge complete the hearing of the case and make a brief case presentation of a few pages and put it on website for public opinion poll.
3. Each case will have a ballot box.
4. Any person who is Citizen of India can become a voter after Registering himself on website and getting his ID and password.(passed on PAN card Entry so that multiple voting does not happen)
5. He is supposed to cast his vote on 30 cases per month on annual average (at least 300 cases in a year).
6. If he does not do required minimum voting, his ID and password will be cancelled for next year.
7. He may get back his voting eligibility by paying Rs.500/-

The site can be under The Election Commission of India as independent body.
