Creativity & Innovation

Once creativity had a fight with Innovation
And both went to mother mind for consultation.

Innovation said Mom, why am younger always to creativity.
U see, this hampers my activity.

Why I have to act only after him?
I always get the left over, He gets the cream.

Creativity told mom, Its only fair for me to be first,
I do the noble work, He always thinks of using it for the worst.

Innovation says I m hardworking and output oriented,
Creativity seldom works & nothings for granted.

Creativity says u work a lot think so less,
You are always in hurry & don’t make a future guess.

Innovation tells its not always that Bhaiyya,
U spend a lot while working & I mint in Rupaiyya.

Innovation is Upset, Innovation is dejected,
Creativity says politely, that’s the sequence mother has opted.

They both go to mother mind, Ask with anxiety,
Why is the sequence so rigid? Can’t there be any variety?

Mom says OK kids, Lets try out reversal of sequence,
Innovation works first & Creativity as a consequence.

Innovation was happy, Creativity indifferent,
This once at least he thought, Creativity would be a “late current”

Soon Innovation got bored with his toy, Looked at creativity,
As always before, was delighted with his activity.

Creativity finished and Innovation continued on,
& realized his jobs really started, when creativity worked on

Finally creativity & Innovation, Agreed on their roles & position.
Asked their mother mind in unison, One difficult question….

Our work has adverse consequences, Our work creates tension,
Can’t we eliminate the misuse? Can’t we reduce this confusion?

Mother said listen kids; I have just one thing to say,
Put it into action, right away.

Its simple to follow, can right now make a start,
When you work, just remember always to consult your father heart.

Immigrants in Mumbai

The biggest problem faced by Mumbai now is the continuous inflow of people migrating from other parts in search and hope of better opportunity and prospects. The city by and large has been able to provide that to the masses who have come in sooner or later.

But any infrastructure has its tensile strength. it cannot be stretched after a limit. Every one is aware of the fact that Mumbai too has been fast approaching the limits to cater to the people. No concrete solution has been put forward to tackle this issue.

Solutions like deciding all people settling after a decided date are to be considered as nonresidents and to be sent back with no facilities to be given to them. That too faded off since it doesn't hold any logical grounds.

Also this has time and again lead to unrest among the people who have been rightful residents then bee it local Marathi masses against the Bihari /Northndians or be it upper middle class against the inflow of people coming and residing in slums.

One solution is put forward :

A law be made in municipal corporation that all people bearing the ration card may be considered as the rightful inheritants of mumbai (for youngsters who are eligible, will have to produce the ration card of their parents corresponding to mumbai. and immediately issued in their name) Henceforth all ration cards be ceased to be issued in mumbai.

Land/Property deals to be allowed only to ration card holders.

This would stem the inflow of people who are moving into mumbai to settle down. All other s may be deemed as lillegal immigrants and thus be restricted to either lease based housing or slums.

Slums are already under task force for removal.

Lease based housing families to be provided with another set of cards(Not Ration cards) based on their Lease agreements which on emergency can be terminated and the families be asked to shift back to their original Ration card location.

Thus city will have only that much population which mumbai can sustain.

Building properties would be controlled.

Number of ration cards would be measurable directly to measure
volume of infrastructure to be provided to the city.
