Relief at the relief funds

Just let a calamity to occur and we see all kinds of volunteers running around for relief aid.. working for some NGO tyring to contribute to the needy and the affected.
The calamity as often we see, is further aggreiviated by the confusion created by these reilef organisations.
More often than not we also see the donations, funds collected by these volunteers amount to theft and fraud. Many of these are unaccounted and hence creating the sense of insecurity for the ones who heartedly donate alms, money, for the needy.

One arrangement which can be sought to avoid all these is that the volunteers whomsoever it may be would have a receipt book of only the CM/PM relief fund and all donations would be collected in the CM/PM fund only.this would almost eliminate all fraud /fake organisations from gathering money. Fake organisations operating still can be tracked from the CM/PM volunteer registers and eliminated.

Also, all the Organisations, Big/Small/registered/unregistered gather up at the spot alongwith individuals trying to contribute to the noble cause opften creates more chaos. all material aid, human aid, should therefore be collected at one focal point near the affected area which can be a railway station or a bus depot. all aid further to be routed only through one or two national organisations like the NSS or equivalent. Human volunteers to get into the affected area by means of a badge or an ID card authorization.
